Each Runway Fare piece is carefully inspected, prepared and packaged prior to dispatch to ensure it arrives safely and in considered condition.

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days of purchase. During exhibition periods, promotional releases, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Complimentary express shipping is included on all Australian orders.

Delivery time frames vary by location and courier conditions, however most metropolitan areas receive delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery time frames are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email so you may follow your parcel’s journey.

While every effort is made to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, Runway Fare is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for transit rests with the carrier.
